1. How delivery works?
We provide same-day delivery with 4pm cutoff from Monday to Saturday, via Lalamove. Delivery area includes Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, and Bulacan.

Kindly place an order at our store www.sijangmart.com and message us "Arrange Delivery" at our FB Messenger m.me/SijangMart with the payment screenshot. And we will arrange the delivery schedule with you. (If you do not have a FB Messenger account, please contact us via Viber: +821094299179 or email: sijangmart@gmail.com)

FREE DELIVERY to Metro Manila for orders amounting P1,299 and above. (P100 delivery fee supported for provinces)


2. Accepted payment methods?
We accept GCash, Bank Transfer (BDO / BPI / UnionBank), and Credit Card 💳 (via PayPal - no PayPal account needed).


3. Do you accept COD?
COD (Cash On Delivery) can be arranged with an extra charge of P50 with a maximum of P2,000 checkout amount. 

You can also place an order via our partner apps (PICK.A.ROO, MetroMart, and GrabMart) that accept COD if your location is near Ortigas (within 6km).


4. It is past 4pm, can I still order for same-day delivery?
You can still ask us if it's possible for a same day delivery (Mon-Sat) after 4pm! It really depends on our daily situation and it may not be possible sometimes, but do ask us and we are open for discussion! We're always here to give you the best we can provide.


5. Can I schedule my delivery?
Yes, we can schedule your delivery for up to 7 days in advance.

* We do not have delivery on Sunday. Please schedule your delivery from Monday to Saturday. :)
* Scheduling orders that include fresh products such as vegetables may not be available depending on the season.



6. I want to send my order as gift for my family/friend. Can you write a small card for me?
Yes, definitely! We can write a hand written note for your loved ones, and the packing slip won't show the prices of the items.


7. Do you have a minimum order amount?
We have a minimum check out amount of P500.00.


8. Where is the delivery coming from?
The items will be delivered from our Ortigas warehouse.

9. Can you issue an official receipt for my order?
Yes, please let us know the company name, TIN, and address and we will include the receipt in the delivery package.


10. I want to earn the cash back reward points. How do I sign up for a membership?
