Sari (사리) is a Korean word which means additional/extra noodle. You can add Sari into Tteokbokki or Kimchi Jjigae or another Ramyun when you want to take more noodle at a more affordable cost.
In case you're thinking of buying Sari for tteokbokki, you can also put Mozzarella cheese on top of ramyun or tteokbokki and it will almost instantly soften for a creamy, yummy twist!
